List of new item class names:

• weapon_tribolt
• ammo_bolts
• item_hourglass
• item_protection -- pentagram of protection powerup. Please note that teamed powerups are now cycled instead of random choice in Vanilla Q3

Class names for items which should not be normally placed on the map:

• weapon_lousy_machinegun -- starting machinegun
• weapon_lousy_shotgun -- starting shotgun
• weapon_lousy_plasmagun -- starting plasmagun
• ammo -- universal ammo box

New brush attributes:

• nototem -- if this attribute is set then a totem cannot be planted anywhere within the volume of the marked brush
