Anchor version - 0.27.0 Solana version - 1.15.2 RustC - 1.69.0

Install anchor and required dependencies from - https://www.anchor-lang.com/docs/installation

Change the cluster to what ever you want - localnet/devnet/testnet/mainnet

Steps to run the test cases

1. NPM/Yarn install dependencies ("npm i" or "yarn")
2. Run "solana-test-validator" in new terminal
3. Run "anchor test --skip-local-validator"
