This seems very useful, is there any way I can help on this to merge the PR, is there any outstanding issues? Currently, I was writing a regex statement on a subprocess that calls ripser++ to get the persistence pairs. However, it seems so backwards I figured it may be better to wait for a dictionary implementation. Let me know if I can help with this. |
