The first major version!  There are still improvements that could be
made but it is a playable (albeit slightly clonky) game.  The first
level is definitely passible with some effort.  I may still tweak some
things before submitting it.

Version 0.1.0

I had to start bumping minor versions at some point.  This is now an
almost fun playable game just with lots of fixing required, as well as
variations to make it fun.  This version includes all-new complex creep
animations and movement behaviour.  They also drop loot when you die,
that you can use to build more towers and the game starting values have
been made harder.

Fix crash on web: Only draw the map image once the game has been loaded.
