plonq archive <URL> [<tag> ...] : d/l webpage, tag with tags

Environment

PLONQ_DIR: defaults to ~/Archive (must exist)

Dependencies

• readable (https://gitlab.com/gardenappl/readability-cli)
• md5 or md5sum
• pandoc
