GST with qiskit

Use only utils and A.ipynb. Other files are all deprecated and will be deleted

How to run

Doprotocols.ipynb -> run_GST.py

Before execute mk_files, make sure that data and edesign folders are empty.(In this version, folders are deleted after running Do_protocols file)
