I want to get rid of errors during debug, especially when it's not an error

Thank you for your interest in SQLCipher. We feel that in a debug build of the library, it is appropriate to log this exception with the error (i.e., e) log level. We recommend using debug builds of the library only for active development purposes, any distributed applications should use a release build which would not log this event. Because of this, we will not merge this request into master. Thanks!
