The root of this repo has two License files, MIT and Apache v2.0. The Readme states that this project is licensed under Apache v2.0 and links to the
LICENSE.mdfile, not theLICENSEfile.So, this PR removes the unnecessary MIT
LICENSEfile from the root of the repo.
