Fixing TravisCI

Quick hotfix to improve TravisCI integration and bump version.

Update versions and improve look and feel of defaults

The reversed changes created a little bit of mess. Fixing it.

Adding small improvements to reduce human error.

Solves missing lines in setup file.

Including lastest bug fixes.

To solve the version incompatibility issue with dependencies.
