Set the pathtype for the ingress

Bump rbac version from beta

Turns out I had to fix the tag action in two places

Use newer version of get-tag

Update ingress to non-beta api version

Run `go mod tidy`

Clean up image loading

Use snapshot of external projects as test data.

Remove cloudprober

Remove environment name from front

This will be handled as a separate infra service to avoid complicating front.

Remove unnecessary !important annotation
