BIP324 Proxy (proof-of-concept)

TL;DR: To enable any light client to use peer-to-peer encryption (v2 transport protocol, as specified in BIP324), start this proxy via $ ./bip324-proxy.py and initiate your client's outbound P2P connections to localhost:1324.
