Removed Linux references Clarified macOS versions Replaces Pulsar for Atom minor edits
Many substantial changes. Many minor edits. Refactored to remove linux, replace Atom w Pulsar, support install via DMG, change SuperCollider version to 3.12.2. Change cabal command to use v1-install. Changed code formatting per recommendations from shellcheck output. Edits to messages. Updated header into, change log.

removed commented zip download code (Pulsar, SuperCollider) fixed cabal update command (removed v1-) added touch .bashrc .zshrc uncommented the Pulsar tidalcycles install command edits to README
Made script corrections based on test results. - fixed error of ghcup/env not writing to shell profiles correctly - changed logic for Pulsar plugin install to be in its own install code block - added test for SuperDirt so that it won't install if already present README changes
added changelog entries fixed README
