Vulcan is a small CLI App designed to be used on Obsidian Style Knowledgebases.
It provides some useful features around the vault and is quite opionanted in it's use.
Vulcan is designed for other cli scripts to modify the wiki using it's sqlite layer as abstraction for the wiki itself.
