为OneAPM CloudInsight自定义监控插件

- 将config中的 *.yaml 拷贝到/etc/oneapm-ci-agent/conf.d/目录中
- 将agent中的 *.py 拷贝到/opt/oneapm-ci-agent/agent/checks.d目录中
重启OneAPM CloudInsight Agent
