$ ./brew-create.sh
Usage: brew-create.sh -t <template> <url>
For example
$ ./brew-create.sh -t template-jfrog-tools.rb https://github.com/tsuyo/jfrog-tools/archive/refs/tags/v0.0.3.tar.gz > jfrog-tools.rb
