This PR builds on #479, #480, #481, and #482.
Since
Pageis used by all three page types, this PR consolidatesPageintoEnvironmentValuesand simplifies each page type’s rendering process.pageTitlepageDescriptionpageURLpageImageAre now all part of the environment. And a page's content can now be used directly inside a
Layout, without needing to wrap it in another view.
