👋 Hi, I’m @tyson-dowd - born in Australia, lived and worked nearly 20 years around Asia, and based in Singapore now.
👀 I’m interested in pretty much everything except perhaps sport, unless it's Martial arts.
🧑‍💻 I've been programming since 1982, have helped write compilers, founded a small dotcom in the 90s, contributed to the design of .NET, and ended up working all over different parts of Microsoft
🌱 I’m currently learning AI, and helping Microsoft customers integrate it with their Modern Work environment, and the way they work.
💞️ I’m looking to collaborate on how we can transition 8 billion people to a new societal contract, using technology to lift humanity to a new era safely.
📘 My practical philosophy follows the science fiction writing of Iain M Banks, in particular The Culture.
🌐 My personal philosophy is essentially non-dualism. I use the words my and personal and I out of convenience not accuracy. If that doesn't make sense to you keep searching.
