Creator core and mwd updates

Replacement for #1630, branch must be part of the ucfopen repo to properly test GH actions.

• Adds additional env variables to publish GH action to potentially satisfy yarn (this likely isn't actually needed, but it doesn't hurt)
• Updates several js dependencies to address deprecation warnings
• Commits fix to creatorcore that broke Category Climb
• Bumps MWD version to match the current release

Note that despite the change to the testsetup file, the front-end test suite is still borked. This will require a much deeper rework, as acknowledged in #1638
