Install Docker

Install git

Installation on LINUX and UNIX

Clone the repository

git clone https://github.com/urppeia/bio634.git

or download (Code / Download ZIP on the right) and extract to a local folder on your computer.

Enter into the Docker container

./login.sh

If you were able to enter the container, you are prepared for the course.

Installation on Windows

1. After installation is completed, open Git Bash App
2. Run git clone https://github.com/urppeia/bio634.git
3. Enter the directory: cd bio634
4. Run: ./win_login.sh
