Issue: EdgeHub was not propagating all system properties from incoming messages to messages being sent upstream. Because of this, some routing rules in IoTHub were not working (even though the downstream device was setting the right properties).

Fix: Make sure all SystemProperties are propagated from the incoming messages to the outgoing messages

Tests: Added unit tests to make sure the MessageConverter don't lose system properties.
Also added a routing test to make sure one of the missing system properties can be used in the routes.
