Installation

Windows:

Move the 'templates' folder into %AppData%\JetBrains\PyCharm2020.3\ (or \IntelliJIdea2020.3)
Restart PyCharm / IntelliJ

Ubuntu:

Move the 'templates' folder into ~/.config/JetBrains/PyCharm2020.3/ (or /IntelliJIdea2020.3/)
Restart PyCharm / IntelliJ
