Port of the Oxullo Interscans max30100 library for MAX30100 pulse ox, Heart Rate sensor for the Particle Photon.
Verified to work on Photon, Not yet tested on Core or Electron.
Connections are Vin-> 3.3V Gnd->Gnd SDA->D0 SCL->D1
