Ubuntu Setup

This is a small project with a script to allow me to setup my X1 Carbon 2018 with Ubuntu as fast as it can. This script provides:

Conda

Also sets up my own conda environments, available at conda-envs folder

TLP

Installs tlp software and copies tlp.txt file into tlp configuration
