alternative dpad shifting method

Add another DPAD shifting method (Right Joystick Click + Left Joystick) for controllers without thumbrest, e.g. PICO.
R3 is disabled if this method is active, except that you can still press L3 + R3 to toggle the UEVR menu.
Based on UEVR 1.2, Just replace the dll.
