UR-2013 - Tweak Logout endpoint translation issues

Previously when my-account endpoint was translated using WPML. Endpoints were not working and during logout when confirm and logout new popup was not showing and users was not logged out. This PR Fixes this issues for more

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

1.Install WPML multilanguage and string translation .(You can find zips in above jira tickets)
2.Translate user-registration plugin or translate only the endpoints.(Note: Translate user registration endpoints that are registered in WordPress endpoints like user-logout , profile-details or new endpoints saved on general settings endpoints.)
3.Make sure your page where my-account is translated and endpoints too.
4.Change language using flag switcher provided by wpml and verify all translated slugs are working properly (Note: Once endpoints are translated please save permalink once)
