Compute various complexity metrics for the treatment plan.
At the minimum, require customization in machine gantry speed in BeamControlPoints.cs and save folder location in Main.cs. ComplexityMetrics.cs contain different complexity metric computation. Main.cs calls the complexity metric, display its values in Eclipse as well as saving a csv file, one should customize the main function for clinical need.
