1.Cas5.1版本，整合JDBC连接，mysql数据库，tomcat启动服务版本apache-tomcat-8.5.30
2.JDBC为cas-server-support-jdbc-5.1.1.jar
3.自定义登录页面，根据不同的Server来切换不同的登录面。
4.密码增加MD5校验。 在application.properties中添加 cas.authn.jdbc.query[0].passwordEncoder.encodingAlgorithm=MD5 属性
