fix: traslate mistake

The original word is free, which has meaning 免费 in free beer and 自由 in free speech.
TypeScript is open-sourced through Apache 2.0, its main contributor describe [it](https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript/blob/master/LICENSE.txt) in GitHub.
In its [page](https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.en.html), GNU introduces Apache 2.0 as a a free software license.
It's typical for GNU to use 自由 as the translation of free there, which make it reasonable to describe TypeScript as 自由的.
Moreover, little programing language would charge developers, focus on the cost-free feature is therefore unlikely to be the main idea when author type free.
