This PR fixes issues related to failing tests with the latest versions of the redis python client.
This PR has the following changes:- Update to the redislite redis client to force shutdown the server when it does a shutdown by sending a SIGINT signal to the redis-server process, in the event it does not shutdown properly when run using the Redis().shutdown() method from the redis binding.
