Initial working version.
The tool is still in development but it can be used at this stage. It is able to bootstrap and fully configure multi-nodes Kubernetes clusters. But it does not keep state so you cannot use it to remove a cluster. You will have to rely on regular multipass commands to delete the VMs if you know longer require them.

Only tested on Linux (Ubuntu 22) for now but should work on others too. They are work in progress to tests other distros.
For the OS within the VMs, only Ubuntu 20.04 works without any issue. There are some issues with 22.04. We will be working on them later.
