Since the TSS/TSR heatmaps are incompatible with the data_conditions format, I added function arguments to mimic that functionality in
plot_heatmap.filteringordering,order_descending,order_fun,order_samplesquantiling,quantile_fun,n_quantiles,quantile_samplesSee documentation for function for more information.
