    adapted to prot_finder.pl v0.7 output
    included POD and pod2usage
    removed option -input to accept prot_finder.pl output as STDIN or file as argument
    removed option -collective and output now to STDOUT
    option -separate output now in a result_dir, new option -dir_result
    new option -locus_tag to use locus_tag prefix instead of subject organism
    default output tsv, new option -csv for csv output
adapted README for all prot_finder v0.7 changes
