OpenWrt nbg7815-24.10.0-rc2-160mhz: adjust config

firmware: ipq-wifi: downgrade for ZyXEL NBG7815

Upstream is using 2.7.0.1 board-2-bin version. It seems this version has
more stability using 160mhz band.

package: fstools: hack for firstboot stall on nbg7815

When sysupdrade is done with a firmware that have block-mount package
the boot time is stalls for more than 50 seconds

The problem occurs in this case because calling one of the fstool
hotplug scripts blocks loading data from the mmc partitions for a long
time.
