2nd September Update

• Automatic obtaining of the token from "token.txt"
• Better ownership check in "r" command
• Load function is now a part of the upload function (made these two functions cleaner)
• Added "ls" command for bot owners
• Change of the help command so it's done properly.
• Added requirements.txt for better installation.
• Fixed bug with web hooks making the bot error out.
