Minor revamp of architecture, plugin fixes

Moved slogger to slogger.rb and made slogger a wrapper to allow requiring slogger from other scripts without running plugins. Provides the configuration access and DayOne functions to external programs.

Fixed bugs in BlogLogger image gathering and RSSLogger handling of empty configurations.
