We only care about the frontend arguments here, creating a response file is unnecessary. rdar://98880399

@hamishknight are these arguments passed via the commandline ever? Windows has a pretty small command line limit. |

No, SourceKit just uses the driver logic here to extract the frontend arguments to configure the CompilerInstance in-memory, it never actually runs any of the jobs |
